📍 Hosted at Mother Bear Sanctuary
This day is created as a safe, welcoming, and supportive space for you to arrive just as you are.
There is no pressure, no expectation—only an invitation to reconnect, soften, and be held in a field of care, nature, and community.
What will we be doing?
✨Coming Home Nervous system co-regulation with nature
To establish a felt sense of inner peace and safety.
Gently supporting your nervous system to come out of survival states and into safety—through the neuroceptive cues of wind, birdsong, trees, and presence. When the body begins to feel safe, healing can unfold naturally, at your own pace.
✨ Keys to the Home: Chi Gong with the healing herd (cows, goats, horses!)
To establish empowerment, agency, and healing.
Moving with trauma-informed practices while in relationship with animals who naturally embody grounded regulation, attunement, and authenticity. You are invited to move, rest, or simply observe—honoring your body’s wisdom.
✨Help from more than human world neighbors: leaning into support from trees, animals and land.
Focused on belonging.
Gently meeting the parts of you that may have felt unseen, exiled, or protective—while being held in a wider field of safety and connection. The forest becomes a compassionate co-facilitator in remembering your wholeness.
✨ Help from our human neighbors Community integration
Because healing is not meant to happen in isolation.
We gather in a gentle, supported way to reflect and integrate—allowing insights to land in a way that feels steady, embodied, and real.
Multi-Modality Ecopsychology Approach to Healing Trauma has supported hundreds of individuals experiencing severe and complex trauma through retreat-based and community-centered interventions at Mother Bear Sanctuary. This approach integrates ecopsychology with neuroscience co-regulation, trauma-informed movement in natural environments, and parts-based psychological frameworks to support comprehensive, embodied healing.
✨ You are welcome exactly as you are.
✨ We hope you join us for a nourishing, peaceful, and empowering day of reconnection, safety, and belonging.
